If you are unable to access the link above, You can also get access to your vaccine status by phoning the COVID-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565. The helpline is open every day from 10.00am to 6.00pm.
Please do not contact the surgery for your Covid Vaccination status enquiries. GP's cannot provide letters showing your coronavirus vaccination status.

COVID-19 Vaccination for Unpaid Carers- Self Referral Process
As part of the JCVI Priority Group 6, the COVID-19 vaccines is now being offered to unpaid carers aged 16-64 who provide face-to-face care for someone else. Some carers may have already received appointment letters over the last few weeks, however recently the Scottish Government launched a new self referral system for carers to register for the vaccine.
For full eligibility details and to self refer, carers can go to www.nhsinform.scot/carersregister. Alternatively, they can call the COVID-19 Vaccination helpline on 0800 030 8013 to complete the full registration form.
For general information about the coronavirus vaccine and its delivery, the COVID-19 Vaccination General Enquiry Helpline is now available from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week on 0800 030 8013 or alternatively you can log onto www.nhsinform.scot/covid19vaccine
Patients aged 74 and younger will be invited through the national systems and NOT via the practice. Please DO NOT contact the practice about the Covid-19 vaccinations programme. Please access the NHS inform for further information.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format.
Our practice team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription.
We are moving to a new system for processing prescriptions called Patient Access.
