If you have a new cough, fever, loss of taste/smell or are awaiting results of a COVID test, please DO NOT ATTEND the surgery. We are currently operating a telephone triage and if you need to be seen the GP will arrange this. Please wear a face covering if you attend the practice.

New Patient Registrationregister_now

To register you may call in at your convenience bringing your medical record card with you. Don't worry if you do not have the card as we will be able to get most of the details from you when you come. We are happy to register patients living within the G61 postcode.

If you change your address to somewhere outside of G61, please register with a practice near your new residence.

In common with all GP practices since 2004, patients are registered with the practice as a whole. You have a 'registered GP' but this is for administrative purposes. You are free to see any of the partners as you wish (subject to availability).

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
